Raw Noosa Honey.

Every jar is raw, unfiltered honey from our own hives in the Noosa hinterland. We pull the frames when the comb is capped, strain the honey once through a coarse mesh to keep the pollen in, and jar it — no heat, no blending across seasons, no sugar feed for the bees.

The flavour shifts through the year with whatever's in flower: paler and citrusy off the spring eucalypts, deeper and caramel once the banksia and tea-tree take over by autumn. Because it's raw it crystallises within a few months — the sign it was never heated. Pickup in Noosa or local drop-off only; we don't post honey.
