A kilo of raw Noosa hinterland honey in a wide, food-safe tub — the everyday workhorse. The wide opening means you can get a spoon (or a butter knife, or a child's whole hand) in without the jar-shoulder fight, which makes it the size most regulars settle on.

Good for baking, marinades, salad dressings, and refilling the squeeze bear on the bench. Raw and unfiltered, so the pollen and enzymes are still in there along with the natural variation in colour and flavour you get from honey that hasn't been blended.

Keep it in the pantry, not the fridge. Crystallises naturally over time — a warm-water bath brings it back without losing the raw qualities.
