500g Raw Noosa Honey Jar — Unfiltered

500g of single-origin raw honey from our Cooroibah apiary, in a classic glass jar. Strained to keep the wax out — not heated, not blended. This is the size most people start with: enough to commit to, not so much you're staring down a tub if it turns out raw honey isn't your thing (it will be).

Polyfloral, so the colour and flavour shift with the season — sometimes lighter and floral, sometimes deeper and more caramelised, depending on what the bees have been working.

Keep it on the bench or in the pantry; the fridge speeds up crystallisation. If it does set firm, sit the jar in warm water and it'll come back clear.
